One-North Eden: First condo launch in Singapore’s ‘Silicon Valley’ in 14 years

Since its conceptualisation, the One-North vicinity has become Singapore’s Silicon Valley, a high-tech enclave with top-notch companies.

One-North Eden condo is the first housing property launch in this enclave since 2007, the year both The Rochester and One-North Residences were launched.

One-North Eden, a 99-year leasehold development, is built by TID Pte Ltd, a joint venture between Japan’s largest real estate developer, Mitsui Fudosan, and Hong Leong Holdings Limited (HLHL), a Singapore property company.

The One-North Eden location is between Slims Barracks Rise and One-North Gateway, an approximate 5-minute stroll to One-North and Buona Vista MRT stations. One-North Eden condo attracts families because of surrounding educational institutions like National University of Singapore, Fairfield Methodist Primary and Secondary School, Anglo-Chinese Junior College and Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).


Similar to recent property launches, One-North Eden has a design inspired by nature. The experts behind the beautiful design are Singapore company P&T Consultants and Japanese company Hoshino Architects, together with the award-winning luxury interior designer SuMisura.

One-North Eden consists of two blocks with 165 residential units. Prices begin from S$995,000 for a 1-bedroom with study (S$1,924 per square feet), S$1.288 million for a 2-bedroom, S$1.768 million for a 3-bedroom, and S$2.288 million for a 4-bedroom unit.

By contrast, apartments at One-North Residences have transacted at an average of S$1,410 psf in the last 5 years, drawing from data at Edgeprop. Apartments at The Rochester have transacted at an average price of S$1,319 psf.

Normanton Park, situated south of One-North, launched in early 2021. One third of the residential apartments offered were transacted at an average price of S$1,750 per square feet on its launch day.
