About One North Eden
A mixed commercial and housing development located within the Dover estate, this new condo along One-North Gateway and Slim Barracks Rise sits on a land of 62,202 square feet. It comprises of 165 residential units in 2 blocks of 13 and 15 floors high, and 6 retail units on level 1 of the development facing One-North Gateway. One North Eden Connectivity
The Ayer Rajah Expressway (PIE) is about 3 minutes drive down North Buona Vista Road from One North Eden, providing convenience to residents who need to travel to other parts of Singapore via car or taxi. The drive to Marina Bay Financial District is approximately 20 mins. The close proximity from the condominium to Buona Vista MRT exchange means residents can use the East-West line and Circle line to travel to the city and northern Singapore via train quickly and conveniently. One North Eden condominium has sold 85% of its units, that is 140 out of 165, on its launch weekend on 24 April 2021. All the 1 and 2 bedroom units were fully sold by the end of Saturday, and only the 3-bedroom premium and 4-bedroom units are remaining. You can read more in the balance units chart.
The One-North Gateway site had attracted 9 bids during the tender back in 2019, an all time high that year at a time when economic uncertainty was looming. That was how confident developers are of One-North Eden in an area that has a shortage of good residences amidst the growing tenant pool coming from the likes of tech giant Razer and ride-hailing leader Grab. Given the profile of the tenants are going to be tech-savvy professionals, One North Eden condo will embrace Smart Home Technology to make living seamless within the estate. Facial recognition technology will be incorporated into the safety network on its grounds, and for those who love to buy online, there is a dedicated Smart Parcel Station to make deliveries easier.
In Dec 2020, the Singapore government has announced an even bigger budget of $25 billion to be invested in its research, innovation and enterprise, in a 5 year plan to create a more sustainable, resilient and digital Singapore. The largest allotment of the budget – 29% or S$7.38 billion – will be used to boost core capabilities in universities and A*Star Research Institutes. The One-North area will therefore be expecting a flood of investments as it is home to many of the A*Star facilities, and its proximity to the National University of Singapore.

One North Eden Latest Update
One North Eden condo is 95.76% sold as of 14 October 2021, with its 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units sold on the very first day. The pool facing 3 bedroom premium units of 1119 square feet were also fully sold within a couple of weeks from the launch. However, for those looking for 4 bedroom configurations, high floor 4 bedroom premium units facing North towards greenery and Rochester are still available as of October 2021, and this stack is selling fast too! 2 government land sale sites around One-North Eden concluded on September 2021 with 10 bids from developers each, a sign of the popularity of the One-North area for residential developments. Land parcel B which is 63,901 square feet (sq ft) large, and around the same size as One-North Eden, attracted the top bid of about S$1210.1 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
The One North Eden Neighbourhood
One-north is a technology and business park located between Dover and Holland.
